Through meditation and breath work exercises, Jade Jasmin will share simple techniques to lift your mood, bring oxygen to the body and mind to give you more clarity, and bring balance to your whole body. Using natural oils, Jade will guide you through a face massage demonstration, revealing how to improve the appearance of skin and keep it nourished come rain or shine. So easy that you can do it at home, self-massage brings oxygen to the blood cells, aids lymphatic drainage and removes waste from skin. Yoga Light Vibes

This is the most incredible 8 day yoga holiday to remember, at the most beautiful venue - The Last House, Tangalle - a magnificent beach front villa - 'home away from home'. A boutique hotel taken over by Yoga Light Vibes exclusively for the intimate retreat (max 12 guests), with the most amazing team of staff, who will see to your every need. Expect delicious and nutritious local cuisine from fabulous chef, Ananda (his name means "bliss") - juices, teas and fresh fruit first thing, a large Sri Lankan brunch post-yoga, and an amazing dinner (mostly vegan/vegetarian and occasional local seafood dishes).
Morning meditation & pranayama, followed by 1.5hrs dynamic vinyasa yoga in the morning, then an additional 1hr restorative/explorative sunset yoga in the early evening. The days are yours to enjoy, whether you prefer to explore the local sights, go surfing or boogie-boarding, lounge by the pool or walk the amazing Mawella beach.
It is located right on one of the best swimming beaches in the south, with a gorgeous pool as well, so there is plenty of time to swim and soak up the Sri Lankan sunshine!
